• Replace all replaceable filters - intake/burner, ceiling, exhaust (all filters are included in price) *
• Pressure Wash Booth Interior, Doors and Frontal
• Pressure Wash Grates and Pans
• Clean liquid mask and paint overspray from walls, doors, and glass
• Clean all glass in doors and light panels
• Check panels for leaks, seal as needed
• Check and Adjust blower belts and pulleys for proper tension, alignment and wear
• Grease motors, blowers, linkage and dampers
• Check for loose and missing bolts
• Adjust linkage as needed
• Check and adjust doors and latches
• Clean Door Gaskets and replace gaskets if needed
• Check electrical system & panel for proper operation
• Replace bulbs/ballasts as needed*
• Check for proper pneumatic operation and check oilers and oil trap for water / air separator as applicable
• Check Intake and Exhaust air ducts for obstructions and proper fan operation*
• Clean, Scrape & vacuum exhaust dampers & chamber - Adjust as needed

Direct Fired Gas (or Propane) Burner Service (included with Annual Booth Service)

• Tune-up direct fired gas fired burner assembly - adjust for maximum efficiency
• Clean sight glass & gas orifices
• Remove and clean burner pilot assembly
• Clean burner ports and profile
• Check Hi-Lo burner operation as applicable
• Clean or replace burner filters as applicable
• Perform recommended factory updates to burner and controls
